Notice is hereby given that a joint public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) and the Board of Health on Thursday September 17, 2026, at 10:00 am, in the Commissioners Auditorium at 205 W 5th Ave, Ellensburg, Washington, to consider code revisions for Kittitas County Code 13.40. 

Anyone with an interest in this matter is urged to attend said hearing where all testimony will be taken. Written comments may be received at
